HITACHI ENERGY POLAND SP. Z O.O. is seeking an experienced R&D Project Manager to lead cross-functional, multi-location projects driving innovation in energy technologies.

You will manage scope, cost, schedule, and quality while coordinating with global partners and internal teams. Fluency in English and familiarity with gate processes are required, with PMP/Prince2/CAPM preferred. This role operates in an international environment with strong collaboration across diverse groups.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
• 2 years of experience in R&D or technical project management within the energy sector or a similar industrial environment.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Familiarity with transformers and product development is a plus.
