About the Role

As Junior Quotation Engineer, you will be part of a multicultural business team and gain a holistic approach to the professional world of Business Development at MAGNA. During this 18-month program, you will participate in various trainings and work on national and international assignments (each lasting between 3 and 6 months) within Business Development and Finance. You will be guided and supported by experienced colleagues and your own business mentor.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of business processes in the business development teams and reinforce the use of group standards (from pre-RFQ to commercial change management)
• Record, manage, and check customer inquiries
• Assist in sales and capacity planning and reporting to group management
• Support in quoting activities (develop and review quotes from divisions)
• Assist in contract negotiations
• Collect information on an ad-hoc basis and present it to Group management

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, or similar
• Willingness to learn
• Excellent analytical and numeracy skills
• Responsibility-taking attitude
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent in Polish and English

Preferred qualifications

First work experience through internships and/or working student positions, ideally in the automotive industry
