Job summary

Huawei in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a Junior Support Engineer with Polish language proficiency to provide technical support for Huawei Digital Power solutions and PV products. You will assist in commissioning, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing at client sites.

The role requires 1–3 years in a similar position, basic PV knowledge, strong customer communication, and full-time on-site availability in Warsaw, with travel within Poland. Fluent Polish is a must.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in a similar position as technical support engineer (or fresh graduates with related studies welcome).
• Basic knowledge of photovoltaic installations.
• Strong customer communication skills in Polish.

Responsibilities

• Technical support for Huawei Digital Power solutions and PV products.
• Troubleshooting and warranty replacements for Huawei Digital Power PV products.
• Support in Huawei PV products commissioning.
• Share knowledge at technical workshops for clients.
