Job summary

ISS is seeking a Finance SSC professional in Gdańsk to manage supplier accounts, reconcile statements, and drive compliant invoice processing across Concur, SAP, Coupa and other platforms. You will work with suppliers, employees, and procurement teams to ensure timely payments, root-cause analysis, and adherence to PPC policies.

You will support expense processing, audit requests, and reporting while leveraging MS Excel and data to improve processes in a global organisation.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance or accounting.
• Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes (3-way match).
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier account reconciliation and SSR compliance.
• Handle supplier and employee queries via Jira and portals.
• Process invoices/credit notes per HMRC and ISS policies.
• Prepare documentation for audits and support special projects.
• Collaborate with Procurement to improve invoice compliance.
