GlobalLogic Inc. in Wroclaw is seeking a Junior Project Support Specialist with Turkish to join our IT team. This entry-level role offers exposure to international projects and direct collaboration with clients, while you develop essential project support skills.

You will work in an office setting from Monday to Friday, gaining practical experience in a fast-paced environment and expanding your language capabilities in Turkish and English.

Qualifications

• Turkish language at least B2 level is a must.
• English language knowledge at B2 level or higher.
• Strong analytical thinking and accuracy in work.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow project guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Providing support and resolving client inquiries.
• Delivering high-standard service based on project KPIs.
• Maintaining confidentiality of project and client data.
• Working in the ticketing system.

Requirements

• Mandatory knowledge of Turkish language (min. B2 level)
• Knowledge of English (min. B2 level)
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to comprehend the project policy guidelines
• Good hands and eye coordination for annotation
• Attention to detail
• Client focus
• Nice to have : GIS system experience.

Job responsibilities
