Currently we are looking for a Junior Project Manager. The Junior Project Manager will assist in the technical aspects of utility-scale solar EPC projects, including system design coordination, site supervision, quality control, and performance analysis. This role requires a mix of engineering expertise and project management skills to support successful project execution.

Main responsibilities:
  • Assist in reviewing engineering designs, technical specifications, and feasibility studies.
  • Work with technical specifications of materials and equipment.
  • Coordinate between engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support the Project Manager in tracking technical milestones and resolving site-related issues.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure installation quality, compliance with designs, and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and on-demand reports for the actual progress of the project, including remarks for identified potential obstacles, delays and missing materials or equipment.
  • Provide technical information at the stage construction of photovoltaic power plants;
  • Manage project documentation related to technical reports, drawings, and as-built records.
  • Work with grid operators and utilities to ensure compliance with interconnection requirements.
  • Support the project risk assessment process by identifying potential technical challenges and proposing solutions.
Your profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
  • 1-3 years of experience in solar PV project management, design, or site supervision.
  • Experience in AutoCAD and electrical design tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of solar PV components, inverters, and BOS (Balance of System) elements.
  • Understanding of grid integration, power systems, and SCADA in solar plants.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
