Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wykonywanie procesów biznesowych dla duńskich klientów w obszarze kredytów hipotecznych.
• Weryfikacja dokumentacji w języku duńskim.
• Kontakt z wewnętrznymi klientami banku.

An international bank with an established position on the market is now looking for candidates with knowledge of Danish for the position of Junior Process Officer.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- performing business specific processes for our Danish customers within the Mortgage area;
- verifying documentation in Danish;
- contact with internal customers of the bank;
- creating, updating and improving procedures.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- excelent command of Danish (C1);
- good command of English (B1);
- good Excel skills;
- very good communication skills;
- ability to build a good working relationship within the team and with customers.
