We invite you to the team in which your main responsibilities will include:

• Support European internal and external customers on laboratory pH meters, low-end density and refractometers as well as low-end titrators (electrochemistry instruments) via telephone and email in English
• Support worldwide internal customers on the same articles via email in English
• Test new and improved hardware and software
• Test existing hardware and software to evaluate quality issues
• Create and maintain helpful tools for customers (e.g., documents about measuring theory, applications or handling of a certain product)
• Proofread pH Lab documents (manuals, brochures, etc.)
• Collaborate with Market Support Group in Switzerland
• Support marketing operations as a Technical Application Consultant

What You Need to Succeed:

• Educational background in natural sciences (biotechnology, bioengineering, chemistry, biology, or similar)
• Experience of working in a scientific laboratory (min. 6 months)
• Proficient communication in English, both oral and written
• Ability to communicate clearly with B2B customers via email and phone
• Ability to work independently and follow given processes
• Knowledge of standard PC office software (MS Office)

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in other languages (especially German or French)
• Experience working with analytical instruments (e.g., pH meters)
• Customer service experience
