Description
Human Resources and Payroll Operations in PwC Poland is a rapidly expanding team. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our clients, as we delve into diverse projects and collaborate closely with international expert consulting and compliance teams to provide comprehensive Payroll and HR Administration services across various sectors in the region.
We are looking for:
Junior Payroll Specialist
Your future role:
Handle the monthly payroll process for our Clients,
Prepare monthly reports,
Issue certificates of remuneration,
Settle civil law contracts,
Prepare ZUS, PFRON, PIT declarations and GUS reports,
Collaborate with tax and insurance institutions,
Calculate sickness benefits, working time and manage absences,
Communicate with clients effectively.
Apply if you have:
A university degree, preferably in Economics (Accounting, Finance, or related fields) or Law,
1+ years of experience in Payroll operations,
Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written,
Proficiency in using MS Office,
Experience in operating HR and payroll software,
Practical knowledge of labor law, social insurance regulations, benefits, and personal income tax,
Analytical skills, attention to details, energetic and proactive approach to achieving goals, team working skills, good work organization.
