Overview

Junior Order Management Specialist with German (DACH region)

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring sales orders across various channels, ensuring comprehensive oversight of order fulfillment, including the processing of returns, to maintain seamless operations.
  • Monitoring order receipts and status, providing timely updates on sales activities and performance metrics to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Coordinating the administrative flow of all sales orders, from intake to recognition, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures, thereby maintaining operational consistency and reliability.
  • Facilitating weekly order book review meetings between the factory and market groups, facilitating alignment, optimizing order allocation, and ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Monitoring the sales order flow closely, focusing on managing exceptions and collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain order accuracy and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Overseeing the conduct of pre-screening of complex orders, analyzing and adapting technical content to meet customer requirements, ensuring that all specifications and expectations are accurately addressed.
  • Handling special orders, including coordinating with manufacturing planners and managing dead-on-arrival claims, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Proactive communication with DACH customers via phone and email.
  • Engaging proactively with internal departments and stakeholders, leveraging knowledge of logistics, planning, production, and transport processes to prevent escalations and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • You have previous experience in working in Supply Chain Management (SCM), especially in Order Management.
  • You are familiar with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems, Order Management and Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM).
  • You are able to analyze and manage data.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
  • You have a Continuous Improvement mindset.
