Job summary

ABB is hiring for an OHS role in a hybrid work model in Poland. You will contribute to improving HSE performance in your area, delivering training, investigating incidents, and driving improvements across office facilities.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Occupational Health and Safety, up to 2 years of experience, and strong MS Office skills. You will communicate in English and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and a safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Up to 2 years of experience in occupational health and safety.
• Knowledge of risk assessment and workplace hazard identification.
• Proficient MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) for reporting.
• English communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OHS training for new employees and interns.
• Investigate workplace accidents and drive corrective actions.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections and ensure legal compliance.
• Coordinate first aid training and support emergency response.
• Develop and maintain OHS policies and procedures.
