CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Junior Motion Capture Specialist to join our Mocap Team in Warsaw. You will contribute across animation, programming, audio, video, and more, while learning alongside experienced teammates in a supportive environment.

You will participate in all stages of mocap, post-process data, coordinate shoots with internal clients, maintain studio hardware, and help improve our motion capture pipeline. Relocation is required for this in-office role with hybrid options.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with actors on set.
• Ability to work in Autodesk MotionBuilder.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.

Our Mocap Team is expanding, and we're on the lookout for a motivated individual with a range of interests to join us as a Junior Motion Capture Specialist ! In this role, you'll have opportunities to contribute across areas like animation, programming, audio, video, and even a touch of carpentry - we'll support you in learning the rest. As part of our team, you'll contribute to preparing animations for all CD PROJEKT RED projects. Exciting, right?

Your Responsibilities

• Participate in all stages of mocap recording.
• Post-process mocap data - including solving, retargeting, and tracking.
• Collaborate with internal clients to organize mocap shoots.
• Maintain and monitor mocap studio hardware.

Working mode

In-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity in Warsaw, Poland. Relocation is required.

Estimated pay range for this position: 7 300 - 10 000 PLN gross monthly. Final offers are dependent on job-related factors like experience and qualifications.
