AgileEngine LLC is seeking a Legal Counsel in a role that focuses on reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements and helping ensure compliance across jurisdictions. You will advise internal teams and draft contract templates.

The position involves collaborating with sales, HR, finance, and delivery teams, conducting EU and international law research, and supporting day-to-day legal issues both in and outside the company. This role offers flexible scheduling with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements in English.
• Understanding of compliance matters (e.g., contractor engagement, regulatory requirements).
• Organized, proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support other team members with day-to-day legal issues.
• Review and negotiate Master Services Agreements, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs and other agreements with vendors.
• Draft and maintain contract templates.
• Support compliance work across the jurisdictions where we operate.
• Advise internal teams (sales, HR, finance, delivery) on legal questions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memos on EU and international law matters.
