Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Legal Counsel to review and negotiate commercial agreements, support compliance work, and advise internal teams on legal questions. The role requires 1–4 years of experience and strong English proficiency.

You will review MSA, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, and other vendor agreements, maintain contract templates, and contribute to cross-border compliance across jurisdictions. The position offers flexibility with remote and office work, and a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements in English.
• Understanding of compliance matters (e.g., contractor engagement, regulatory requirements).
• Organized, proactive and able to work independently.

• Support other team members with day-to-day legal issues.
• Review and negotiate Master Services Agreements, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs and other agreements with vendors.
• Draft and maintain contract templates.

• Advise internal teams (sales, HR, finance, delivery) on legal questions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memos on EU and international law matters.
