Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with a law firm or as in-house counsel.
  • Strong foundation in corporate governance.
  • Qualified Polish Attorney-at-Law or active Trainee Attorney.
  • Ability to manage complexity—making sense of high-quantity or contradictory information to solve problems.
  • Planning and organizational skills with strong prioritization and timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Strategic thinking with a detail-oriented approach to execution, compliance and proactive risk management.
  • Nice to have: experience in FinTech, FX/trading, derivatives, payment services or cryptocurrency from a commercial and legal perspective; regulatory experience within global financial services industry.

In this role you will be part of the global Legal Team, reporting to the Assistant General Counsel in New York. You will shape our day‑to‑day legal landscape, collaborating with commercial and compliance teams to negotiate business agreements and ensure compliance on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day legal matters arising from US and Canadian operations, including corporate governance.
