S-PRO, a top-tier Digital Innovation and Software Engineering company, is seeking an IT Contracts Lawyer to join its legal team. You will draft, review, and negotiate IT agreements, with a focus on European and international jurisdictions, and support regulatory compliance including data privacy and IP.

You will handle disputes, collaborate with C-level, HR and Sales, and help establish contract management processes.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of experience as a lawyer with IT law background.
• Experience with European contract law and EU regulatory landscape.
• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills for IT agreements.
• English proficiency at least intermediate or higher.
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced IT-driven environment.

• Draft, review, and negotiate IT contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, with a focus on European and international jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiateIT contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, with astrong focus onEuropean and international jurisdictions.

Handle claim cases, disputes, and legal issues that may arise incontractual relationships, ensuring that company interests are protected.

Provide legal support onregulatory compliance related todata privacy, IP, and software licensing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (C-level, HR, Sales) toensure legal compliance within business processes and contractual obligations.

Establish and maintain efficient processes for contract management, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

Keep up-to-date with European ITand data privacy laws, ensuring compliance inall business operations.

Requirements:

Minimum of1-3 years ofexperience asalawyer, with abackground inIT law and handling disputes orclaims.

Proven experience inEuropean contract law and familiarity with the regulatory landscape inthe EU.

Excellent negotiation and drafting skills for complexIT agreements.

Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly inmanaging legal disputes orclaims.

English language proficiency atleast intermediate level orhigher

Ability towork efficiently inaremote and fast-paced IT-driven environment.
