Job summary

A leading beverage company in Poland is seeking a detail-oriented finance candidate. You will input data into Salesforce, manage documents, and collaborate with partners. Qualifications

  • Experience in finance or accounting roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Input volumes into Salesforce and calculate customer rebates.
  • Maintain proper document flow and address confusions with partners.
  • Update Team Leader on operational issues and month-end closing activities.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • inputting the volumes into salesforce system and calculating the rebates for the customers
  • looking after proper document flow
  • cooperating and discussing any confusions with our partner
  • regulary updating the Team Leader about developments and progress of relevant operational issues
  • creating of sundry invoices
  • posting bonuses for customers
  • being responsible forCancellations of Billing transaction;
  • printing and sending documents out to the EDI platfrom or directly to the customers
  • being responsible for all activites related with the month end closing

You're a good Candidate if:

  • havecommunicative English
  • you want to broaden Your knowledge in Finance field
  • you have some experience in international companies
  • you are accurate and detail oriented
  • experience in knowledge transfer of processes
  • experience in procedure preparation
  • basic knowledge of Excel
