This role is crucial to enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring precise transaction processing across various domains, including Asset Servicing, Listed Derivatives (Reconciliations), Equity Derivatives (Confirms Executions/Drafting), and FICC (Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities). Candidates will play a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance and providing exceptional service.

We are seeking skilled Junior Operations Analysts to support our esteemed investment banking clients. This role is crucial to enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring precise transaction processing across various domains, including Asset Servicing, Listed Derivatives (Reconciliations), Equity Derivatives (Confirms Executions/Drafting), and FICC (Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities). Candidates will play a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance and providing exceptional service.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in financial operations within an investment banking environment or related sectors is required.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field, advanced degree or certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel and specialized platforms for asset servicing and derivatives management.
  • Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and ability to implement proactive solutions.
Your future role
  • Manage and support operational functions related to asset servicing, derivatives transactions, and financial product management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of complex transactions, including trade capture, reconciliation, and settlement.
  • Perform reconciliations and produce detailed reports to ensure servicing accuracy.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risks.
  • Navigate compliance rules and market changes to maintain business continuity.
  • Collaborate with Front Office and Operations teams to ensure efficient trade processing, impact on client positions, and margin reporting.
  • Resolve exceptions promptly and partner with sales, trading, and compliance for confirmations.
  • Provide exceptional client service while addressing inquiries and building strong relationships.
  • Conduct research and analysis on market trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage custody, counterparts, and accounting reconciliations promptly.
