Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company in Poland is seeking an HR professional to support personnel processes for our Bielsko-Biała team. You will coordinate with staffing agencies, assist in employee trainings, and maintain documentation in line with Polish law.

You will implement HR standards and help optimize processes to enhance efficiency and compliance. Additionally, you will monitor labor market trends, contribute to HR projects, support employer branding, and collaborate with HR service

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment with temporary staffing agencies and manage timekeeping for temps.
• Assist in organizing trainings for employees.

• Monitor labor market trends and participate in HR projects.
• Support employer branding activities.
• Collaborate with HR service providers and prepare reports for HR department.

Obowiązki:

• Współpraca z Agencjami Pracy Tymczasowej w zakresie koordynowania procesu rekrutacji, zatrudnienia oraz dokonywania rozliczeń czasu pracy pracowników tymczasowych
• Wsparcie w organizacji szkoleń dla pracowników
• Przygotowywanie i utrzymywanie dokumentacji pracowniczej zgodnie z wymogami prawa polskiego
• Wdrażanie standardów w dziale personalnym i optymalizacja procesów w celu usprawnienia pracy
• Monitorowanie trendów rynkowych, zmian zachodzących na rynku pracy i udział w projektach specjalnych związanych z HR
• Podejmowanie działań związanych z wzmacnianiem wizerunku firmy
• Współpraca z dostawcami usług HR
• Sporządzanie raportów na potrzeby pracy Działu oraz organizacji

Wymagania:

• Wykształcenie wyższe kierunkowe lub pokrewne, np. psychologia, zarządzanie.
• Minimum 1-2 lata doświadczenia w dziale personalnym lub w obsłudze kadrowej
• Znajomość przepisów dotyczących prawa pracy i ubezpieczeń społecznych
• Komunikatywność i umiejętność nawiązywania relacji z pracownikami
• Odpowiedzialność, dobra organizacja pracy, dokładność i precyzja w wykonywaniu obowiązków
• Umiejętność pracy w zespole
• Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację
