Job summary

IAG GBS Poland sp. z o.o. is seeking a Finance FP&A Analyst in Kraków to partner with Finance Business Partners across operating companies. You will conduct monthly P&L analysis and MI reporting, delivering insights through Anaplan, Power BI and Excel.

Responsibilities include financial modelling, scenario planning, and ad-hoc analyses to support planning, forecasting and capital decisions in a fast-paced, global environment. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Financial Accounting and reporting principles.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast moving, global environment with tight deadlines and finite resources.
• Strong customer focus; commitment to meeting customer expectations and continuous improvement.
• Previous Finance, Accounting or FP&A experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Good working knowledge of Excel.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with good attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of FP&A processes, financial reporting, planning and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Review performance management information for project portfolios including spend analysis and identifying variances, risks and opportunities.
• Support financial modelling and scenario analysis informing business decisions and capital forecasting.
• Analyse monthly P&L and MI reports to support planning, forecasting and understanding performance of operating units.
• Analyse variances, highlight findings and support FP&A in assessing financial impact.
• Provide analysis to support decisions on third-party contracts and scenario comparisons.
• Support continuous improvement of analytics processes and methodologies.
• Provide information to respond to external audit requirements.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis using Anaplan, Power BI, Excel or other tools.
• Provide productivity analysis to identify improvements and cost savings.
• Support production of capital cash forecasting information and trends.
