You will handle data across internal systems, maintain records, and assist with operational tasks while learning the financial services environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; university students and graduates are welcome.
• Up to three years of administration, data entry or finance operations experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Comfort with working with large amounts of information.
• Ability to work in time-sensitive situations.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Willingness to learn in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update new deal information across internal systems.
• Collect and process data from various documents and sources.
• Maintain accurate records, lists and spreadsheets.
• Review entered information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Complete assigned tasks in line with procedures and deadlines.
• Monitor shared email inboxes and respond to operational requests.
• Create and update reports and Excel spreadsheets.
• Support the team with other administrative and operational activities.
• Follow internal guidelines and resolve data discrepancies.
