JUNIOR FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Place of work: Warsaw, work from the office

Key Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams
• Basic knowledge of financial processes and data management
• Familiarity with MS Excel or other data analysis tools
• Fluent English; Polish language skills are also essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify the accuracy and consistency of received financial data
• Gather and consolidate data from various systems and sources
• Process and refine data to prepare cyclical reports for internal use
• Work with various teams to ensure smooth month-end and daily activities
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
