Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a finance professional to support local statutory accounts, IFRS reconciliations and end-to-end RTR activities under guidance from Senior/Statutory & Tax Specialists. The role requires a Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting (ACCA or equivalent is an asset), strong SAP and Excel skills, and excellent English with stakeholder-facing abilities.

Qualifications

Master level in Finance or Accounting; ACCA or equivalent qualifications are an asset.
3+ years of Finance experience with controllership/reporting and end-to-end RTR activities.
Strong SAP knowledge and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Prepare local statutory accounts and financial statements under local GAAP with guidance from Senior/Statutory & Tax Specialists.
Close period-end activities related to statutory and tax accounting and other financial accounting tasks.
Review account reconciliations and IFRS vs local statutory reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with OpCo regulatory and tax requirements.
Support internal/external audits by providing requested information.
Execute process controls and report non-compliance.
Contribute to accounting projects (SAP implementation, Kraków transition).
