Job description

Becoming a Junior Finance Specialist at Capita:

As a Junior Finance Specialist you will be supporting Learning Services’ suppliers and customers in the
sales invoicing process. You will utilise your analytical skills and attention to details in the process, as
well as communicating in English on a daily basis.

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing sales invoicing process
• Processing suppliers’ invoices
• Creating purchase orders
• Preparing financial reports
• Dealing with customers and suppliers’ queries that relate to invoicing
• Liaising with external and internal stakeholders via email and phone

Skills you need to succeed:

• Financial education
• Good oral and written English skills – B2 level
• Attention to details
• Ability to stay calm under time pressure
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and develop as a Finance Administrator
• Previous experience in finance would be an asset
