Overview

ERM is seeking motivated (Junior) Consultants across a wide range of fields to join our team. You will support clients in realizing their projects on the basis of different environmental and sustainability aspects.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and support clients in environmental and sustainability projects involving multi-site portfolios and multi-person project teams locally, nationally, and globally
  • Your creativity and value proposition will help clients to implement their sustainability agenda
  • Perform a wide range of environmental assessments depending on client need: environmental impact assessments, social impact assessments, biodiversity surveys, contaminated site management, EHS and many more
  • Communicate with clients, ERM employees, and subcontractors

In order to be able to take on this responsibility you will be trained on the job and learn how to manage regional and global projects within scope/budget/schedule expectations and ensure quality standards on project deliverables.

Requirements
  • Master degree in engineering, environmental science, business administration, or related discipline
  • Any first experience in the field of environmental consulting is appreciated
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, team player
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, experience writing comprehensive technical reports
  • Quick learner, eye for detail, driven working ethic
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, and mentor junior staff a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent Polish and English language skills, both verbal and writing. German skill is appreciated but not a must
