Job summary

A leading global beverage company in Poland is seeking a customer-oriented individual to drive improvements and manage customer service inquiries. Candidates should be fluent in German (C1 level) and possess strong analytical and communication skills. Experience with SAP and a background in a multinational environment are desirable. This role emphasizes ethical conduct and integrity within customer interactions.

Your responsibilities would include:
  • drivingimprovements
  • being customer oriented and usinglanguage skills to liaise with local customers and understands their pain points
  • usingstrong analytical and digital skills to create better insights
  • managing customer queries, solving and closing disputes, and performing root cause analyses
  • maintaining complete and up-to-date process documentation
  • ensuring process controls, policies and compliance are adhered to and suggesting improvements as appropriate.
You are a good candidate if you have:
  • German language on minimum C1 level
  • experience related to Order to Cash/Customer Service area
  • strong communication and problem solving skills
  • experience with SAP and Excel systems would be an asset
  • experience in multi-national environment.
