Job summary

Coloplast Global Business Centre in Szczecin is seeking a Junior Digital Marketing Technology Specialist to assist the Marketing Automation Manager in executing Coloplast's global marketing automation strategy, setting up email campaigns in Oracle Eloqua, and performing quality assurance before activation.

You will join an energetic team and help drive digital excellence across the Consumer Journey, supporting local markets and coordinating global campaign activations.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing/Online Media/Economics/Information Technology or equivalent
• Experience in online marketing, preferably email marketing
• Strong communication skills in English
• Good analytical skills and data understanding
• Strong organizational skills to effectively prioritize work

Responsibilities

• Act as frontline support for local markets in marketing automation campaigns’ execution in Oracle Eloqua
• Coordinate activities around global and local campaigns activation
• Assist in building e-mails, landing pages and forms; run A/B tests and set up new email flows
• Perform monthly performance reporting
• Monitor, analyze and optimize email campaigns
• Support production of guides and training sessions
• Support global campaign roll-outs and new onboardings
