Job summary

Phoenix Contact in Poland is seeking a PLM-enabled designer to independently create, edit, verify, and release 2D- and 3D-data (Siemens NX) and BOM within Teamcenter Siemens. You will collect product data for documentation and collaborate with a mechatronic engineer on international development projects.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience in machine building, a technical apprenticeship, and CAD/PLM proficiency with English at the B1 level.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in machine building.
• Technical apprenticeship completed.
• Experience with 3D-CAD systems, e.g. Siemens NX.
• Knowledge of technical drawing, assemblies, and metal processing.
• English proficiency at B1 level.
• Full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Independently creates, edits, verifies, releases 2D- and 3D-data (NX) and PLM data such as BOM.
• Collects product data required for documentation.
• Collaborates closely with mechatronic engineer.
• Participates in product development projects per PxC processes.
• Participates in meetings and collaborates in international teams.
