We’re looking for: Junior Data Governance Specialist.

Your future role:
  • Working with clients to understand Data Governance, Data Management or Data Quality needs in their organization, including gathering requirements and gaps analysis, user interviewing, documenting processes and process assessment as well as effectively communicating these to various audiences.
  • Implementing the Data Governance framework (organizational structures and processes) as well as policies and tools.
  • Executing Data Quality processes (e.g., validation and remediation).
  • Work on live client projects together with senior team members to develop solutions for process improvements.
  • Developing DG – related proposals, present DG deliverables to clients.
  • Supporting DG workshops and trainings aimed at client education, communication, and mobilization.
Apply, if you have:
  • Experience or genuine interest in topics such as Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality, Data Modeling, Master Data Management, Data Mesh or Data Architecture.
  • Understanding of Data Governance principles as well as familiarity with processes, policies and key vendor platforms (Ab Initio, Ataccama, Collibra, Informatica, Purview).
  • Understanding of DAMA, DCAM or other data frameworks.
  • Experience in business or technical requirements analysis.
  • High interpersonal skills, authoritative and credible in a client conversation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English, including presentation skills (e.g., MS PowerPoint).
Nice to have:
  • Familiarity with regulatory / statutory requirements impacting Data Governance (e.g., Recommendation D, BCBS 239).
  • Experience in medical, retail, or gas & oil sector.
