Become a part of our dynamic Customer Operations team, where you'll engage in daily order management, handle disputes and queries, and contribute to customer reporting. You will also manage daily phone calls with customers to ensure exceptional customer service and collaborate closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of satisfaction.

How you will make an impact

You will deliver exceptional customer service. If you are positive, open-minded, highly motivated, proactive, and possess good communication and analytical skills, you could be a great fit! Your responsibilities may include:

  1. Managing order handling processes and customer master data for accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Handling customer phone calls and resolving disputes or queries verbally and in writing.
  3. Communicating and collaborating with internal teams such as customer service, production, warehouse, and transport planning.
  4. Supporting reporting tasks, reviewing documentation, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
  5. Participating in improvement initiatives and internal projects to optimize service and operations.

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
