Job summary

Shiji Group in Katowice seeks a Cloud Security Engineer to design and implement security for cloud environments, with emphasis on vulnerability mitigation, threat modelling, and audit reporting.

You will communicate findings, support SOC/NOC during incidents, and assist with security tooling and access management, primarily in AWS with multi-cloud exposure. Strong collaboration and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of commercial experience in a similar position.
• Basic understanding of cloud environments (90% AWS, 10% multi-cloud).
• Basic understanding of cloud-related risks and IaC concepts.
• Linux working knowledge and basic CI/CD security concepts.
• Knowledge of cloud security audit methodologies.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security measures to keep cloud environments free from vulnerabilities and risks.
• Communicate internally about identified findings and create audit reports.
• Conduct basic security audits in cloud environments and perform threat modelling.
• Support SOC/NOC during incidents and assist with security tools implementation.
• Help manage access among various cloud environments and maintain technical documentation.
