Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management

• Manage cloud-native resources including networking, compute, and storage within Microsoft Azure.
• Ensure platform availability, scalability, and resilience through proactive infrastructure design and maintenance.

Monitoring & Security

• Develop and maintain dashboards for system performance, availability, and health status.
• Utilize both Azure-native (e.g., Azure Monitor, Log Analytics) and third-party monitoring tools to track critical metrics.
• Respond to security alerts and implement best practices to maintain a secure infrastructure posture.

Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)

• Use tools like Terraform or equivalent to automate provisioning and configuration of infrastructure.
• Maintain version-controlled infrastructure templates and CI/CD deployment pipelines for efficient, repeatable operations.

Operational Support

• Deliver real-time visibility into infrastructure performance, capacity trends, and system health.
• Collaborate with platform teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of services.
