We are looking for a commercially minded, data-driven and collaborative individual to join the CE Marketing Team as Category & Insights Specialist.

In this role, you’ll support the development of category growth strategies and shopper activation plans based on market data, consumer insights and internal performance tracking. Your work will help drive fact-based decisions across sales, marketing and trade initiatives.

You’ll work closely with the Insights & Category Manager CE and Sales teams to turn data into action — delivering clear, concise recommendations that support brand, customer and channel growth.

Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).

What you’ll get up to
  • Insights & Analysis

  • Analyze, interpret retail (e.g. Nielsen, GfK), consumer and internal sales data

  • Identify trends, risks and growth opportunities across categories and customers

  • Track competition and pricing dynamics to inform brand and trade plans

  • Support development of shopper insights and trade stories for key retailers

  • Collaborate with international and local colleagues with regards to new shopper & consumer trends

  • Category & Commercial Support

  • Build and update performance dashboards, scorecards and market overviews

  • Support preparation of Joint Business Plans and commercial presentations

  • Translate insights into concrete actions for brand, shopper and trade activation

  • Collaborate with Brand, Sales and Trade Marketing teams on category development plans

  • Tools & Processes

  • Manage regular reporting processes and deliverables

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of tools, templates and insight quality

  • Support adoption of fact-based decision-making and data literacy in the team

What we are looking for
  • Min. 2 years of experience in insights, category management, commercial analytics or retail data (FMCG, retail or research agency)

  • Hands-on experience with Nielsen, GfK or similar platforms

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is a plus

  • Strong communicator – able to simplify complexity and present clearly to non-data audiences

  • Curious, proactive, and highly organized

  • Fluent in English and Polish

What we offer

Competitive salary, Hybrid working possible (2 days in the office), bonus, employee assistance programme, life assurance, discounted Edgewell branded products, core working hours, 26 days annual leave, free beverage & snacks, sports & social club membership, casual smart dress code and a great boss!
