Talan is seeking a Junior Calypso Developer in Wroclaw, Poland, to grow in Capital Markets technology and work on Calypso environments.

You will join a new team focused on supporting and enhancing the Calypso platform, mentored by experienced consultants and developers, with exposure to Java and investment banking processes.

Relocation is welcome, and there is potential for future internalization with the client after a successful period in the role.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional software development experience.
• 2 years of hands-on Java experience.
• Willingness to learn Calypso and Capital Markets tech.
• Problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance within Calypso.
• Assist senior developers with enhancements and fixes.
• Participate in testing and deployment activities.
• Investigate technical issues under mentorship.
• Work with SQL databases and existing integrations.
• Learn Capital Markets processes and Calypso architecture.
