The Position

Junior Business System Analyst

Have you recently completed your studies, a course, or an internship in the IT industry and want to continue developing in this field? Are you looking to start—or re-start—your career? If you answered yes to these questions, then our Tech4Life Academy is a great opportunity to gain your first hands-on IT experience under the guidance of a dedicated mentor. We’re looking for bold explorers who want to join our diverse team, build their competencies, and broaden their experiences.

At Roche, we offer a hybrid work model that balances flexibility with in-person collaboration. Currently, we ask employees to work from one of our offices (Warsaw or Poznań) an average of two days per week. These in-office days may vary depending on business needs, such as workshops, conferences, team meetings, or other collaborative events.

This role will be a part of the Controlled Content & Document Management product team within the Quality Assurance Product Line. We support the Technical Operations domain, creating the IT solutions that both Pharma Technical and Diagnostics use.

The Opportunity

• Engage in cross-functional projects, including custom-developed and commercially off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions
• Assist in gathering and documenting user requirements, facilitating effective communication between stakeholders and development teams
• Contribute to the design of business processes and perform comprehensive data analysis
• Participate actively in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from initial planning through to deployment
• Take part in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure project alignment and timely delivery of features
• Participate in Proof of Concepts (PoCs), pilots, and experimental projects to explore new solutions

• You speak fluent English
• You understand process and data modeling principles
• You are eager to learn new skills related to Requirements Engineering
• You are interested in process optimization and automation to increase business value
• You have strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• You are open to engaging effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• You are familiar with prompt engineering principles, both in theory and practice
• Nice to have: BPMN notation, SQL
