Salary ranges:

  • PLN 5 300 - 8 000 monthly gross (Contract of employment)
  • PLN 6 400 - 9 600 monthly before tax (Long-term contract (B2B)) + 16 paid days off.
Responsibilities
  • Research and identify prospective clients across target geographies and industries (Retail, BFSI, High-Tech, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods).
  • Qualify inbound leads and support outbound prospecting campaigns targeting senior decision-makers.
  • Prepare introductory decks, case studies, and tailored collateral for client conversations.
  • Collaborate with senior BD, account managers, presales team on proposals, RFP responses, and pursuit coordination.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accuracy of opportunity data and pipeline stages.
  • Track and report weekly KPIs, including outreach volumes, meeting set rates, and opportunity conversion.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B business development or inside sales. Preferably in IT services, software, or consulting.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software/service sales cycles and basic IT services positioning.
  • Strong research and organizational skills.
  • High motivation to learn AI, product engineering, and enterprise consulting sales.
  • Impressive written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Persuasive personality.
  • Experience with enterprise-level clients is desired.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English (CEFR C1+), Polish not required.
