We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our Product Management team specifically in the area of financial transactions and valuation. The successful candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Quantitative Finance, or a related field, or 2 years practical experience alongside an undergraduate degree in a business related field. They will contribute to the continuous evolution of Kyriba’s financial SaaS solutions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to combine financial expertise with product development, working in close collaboration with product managers, solution consultants, and engineering teams.
Support product managers in defining, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements for new product features and enhancements.
Translate complex financial concepts into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of requirements.
Participate in product testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of product enhancements.
Analyze client feedback, product usage, and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist in the preparation of product documentation, release notes, training materials, and stakeholder presentations.
Maintain awareness of treasury management practices, liquidity optimization, and risk management developments to support product innovation.
Conduct financial and market research to inform product strategy.
Master’s degree in Finance, Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, or related discipline or 2 years hands on experience in a related field with an undergrad degree in a business/financial discipline.
Solid understanding of financial concepts, including liquidity, risk management, forecasting, and capital markets but not necessarily extensive practical experience.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel and Atlassian JIRA; familiarity with database concepts, Python, or business intelligence tools is advantageous.
Prior exposure to SaaS or financial technology solutions is a plus.
