In this role, you will gain exposure to the latest regulatory and supervisory developments affecting global financial markets and help translate regulatory requirements into practical SupTech solutions, acting as a bridge between business and IT. By contributing to the development of robust data models used by reporting entities and supporting regulators in integrating these models into their supervisory frameworks, you will play an active role in shaping regulatory reporting standards and influencing requirements applied to major market participants. A basic level of financial literacy is essential to understand, interpret, and work with regulatory materials and reporting frameworks issued by supervisory authorities.

Your key accountabilities are
  • Support the development, analysis, and validation of data models used by financial institutions for regulatory reporting
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of business and functional documentation for reporting and SupTech solutions
  • Conduct analysis of legal acts, regulatory requirements, and reporting obligations
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and analytical materials to support clients’ internal decision‑making processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams (business, IT, data, and regulatory experts) to ensure alignment of regulatory and technical requirements
Why we should decide on you
  • Basic understanding of capital markets, banking, or insurance sectors
  • Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with complex regulatory documentation
Nice to have:
  • 1+ year of professional experience in an insurance company, bank, financial institution, or a firm providing services to the financial sector
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law, Business, or a related field
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting frameworks (e.g., financial, prudential, or supervisory reporting)
  • Basic knowledge of data modelling concepts, databases, or data standards
  • Experience working in an international or regulatory‑driven environment
  • Interest in financial regulation, SupTech, or RegTech solutions
  • Ability to interpret legal and regulatory texts and translate them into business requirements
  • Basic understanding of data governance, data quality, or reporting processes
