Job summary

Ericsson Lodz is seeking a Junior Baseband Tester to join the L1 Software Development team. You will test and integrate Baseband features for 5G deployments and future 6G initiatives, operating in a hybrid setting with cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s in a related field or relevant telecom testing experience, with exposure to LTE/NR, Moshell tools, and Python scripting. Join a global leader shaping radio baseband software in Poland.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent telecom/test experience.
• Some experience with LTE, NR/5G and wireless air interfaces and end-to-end feature testing.

Responsibilities

• Validate, troubleshoot and integrate new Baseband features in an end-to-end test environment.
• Conduct legacy regression testing and feature interaction testing.
• Work across QA areas: stability, robustness, resilience, automation.
• Apply knowledge of 5G/LTE protocols and RF testing.
• Create detailed test plans and reports for cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with design, systems and QA engineers for issue resolution.
