Job summary

Qualifications

O naszym kliencie

For our Client - International Real Estate Fund - we are seeking for an Asset Manager who will be responsible for management of Office Portfolio. Completly new position related to expansion into the Polish market.

Opis stanowiska

• Support the financial and operational performance of the assigned real estate portfolio
• Preparation and coordination of regular asset management reporting (financial, operational, KPI based)
• Support in defining and implementing leasing and marketing strategies in cooperation with asset management team
• Day to day cooperation with external property managers, including review of operational and financial reports
• Support in portfolio valuations, data collection, and coordination with independent appraisers
• Cooperation with investment and divestment teams on acquisitions and disposals (analysis, materials, data support)

Profil kandydata

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in the real estate sector (asset management, property management, advisory, finance, or similar)
• Interest in asset management and real estate investments
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Structured and reliable working style, strong willingness to learn
• Good command of English
