Job summary

Genuine Parts Company Kraków Hybrid is seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join the Special Projects team, focusing on Generative AI and related technologies. You will design, develop, and maintain software solutions that leverage Generative AI, with emphasis on Python backend and cloud integration.

The role requires experience with Python, GCP, Vertex AI, and collaboration with data scientists, product owners and senior engineers to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of software development experience with a focus on Python Cloud solutions.
• Experience with Generative AI, deploying and supporting Large Language Models is a major plus.
• Familiarity with GCP or other major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Write, review, and maintain code for solutions that integrate Generative AI.
• Develop front-end components and user interfaces using modern web technologies.
• Design and implement Cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Vertex AI.
• Participate in full development lifecycle from design to production deployment.
• Engage in architecture discussions and provide feedback to improve code quality.
