Cryptonow in Warsaw, Poland, seeks a Junior Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Specialist to strengthen our Compliance team. You will own fraud cases, regulatory requests, and risk-based decisions to protect customers and products across the EU/EEA.

The role requires 1+ year in AFC/AML/CFT or transaction monitoring, EU regulatory knowledge, and fluent English. You will collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Customer Care to improve processes and stay ahead of evolving fraud typologies.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in AFC, AML/CFT, fraud investigation, or transaction monitoring.

Aufgaben

• Investigate and manage fraud cases, including escalated matters, from detection to resolution.
• Respond to Swiss/EU/EEA authorities' requests related to products and services.
• Review transaction details to identify suspicious activity and apply pattern/typology analysis.
• Make independent risk-based decisions aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Document investigations and decisions clearly for audit/regulatory purposes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Customer Care on AFC matters.
• Stay ahead of evolving fraud typologies and AML/CFT regulations.
