YOUR TASKS

• Support Record to Analyze (R2A) processes such as recording, reporting, and analyzing financial data
• Process financial transactions (from simple to moderately complex)
• Assist in period-end closing activities and reconciliations
• Collaborate with Financial Controllers and other stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and innovation
• Maintain documentation and support progress reporting

YOUR PROFILE

• Fluent in Serbian or Croatian and proficient in English
• Entry or mid-junior level experience in finance or accounting
• Strong team player with good communication skills
• Proactive and able to work independently with regular supervision
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, international environment
