Job Title

Junior Accountant/Accountant with French

Summary of the Role:
We invite candidates with diverse financial expertise to join our team in the Accounts Payable (Source to Pay) department. In this position, you will play a key role in processing invoices, engaging with vendors, collaborating with the purchasing department, and preparing payment proposals.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Review Purchase Requests (PR) based on established criteria, and follow up on Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Received (GR).
  2. Validate incoming invoices against relevant Purchase Requests (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and Goods Received (GR).
  3. Input necessary data from invoices into purchasing systems following accounting policies and procedures.
  4. Facilitate payment processes and prepare payment proposals according to the corporate payment calendar.
  5. Provide support and guidance to colleagues and vendors to resolve queries or issues.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Experience in accounts payable, accounting, or transactional purchasing (SSC).
  • Understanding of procurement, invoicing, and supplier information management processes.
  • Experience with Coupa or similar purchasing tools is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of SAP (S4 Hana preferred).
  • Proficiency in English and French.
