Citigroup Inc. is seeking an entry-level specialist to support the Global eSigner Transformation team in Poland. You will assist in data extraction, monitor progress, and participate in testing to ensure data integrity and project success.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a hybrid work model (up to 2 days at home weekly) and a competitive benefits package. Proficiency in Excel is a plus, and Ukrainian language is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment is advantageous.

The Global eSigner Transformation team plays a key role in supporting the evolution of the Account Services offering for a global client. This position is an entry-level role which supports the delivery of key transformation initiatives, helping to drive project progress and contribute to the successful achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract and input data from various source documents into core applications, ensuring a high level of accuracy and data integrity
• Monitor and report on the daily progress of transformation initiatives, providing clear and concise status updates to project stakeholders
• Perform testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), during and after data migration to validate system performance and data quality
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Operations, and senior leadership, to identify, report, and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner

Qualifications and Experience:

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience working in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment would be an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting would be an asset
• Ukrainian language will be a plus
• Availability to work stable, fixed hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
