Job summary

Citi Poland is seeking an entry-level specialist to support the Global eSigner Transformation team in data migration and process uplifts within Institutional Client Onboarding. You will extract data, input into core systems, and assist with testing and progress updates.

Strong English communication, attention to detail, and Excel skills are required; Ukrainian is a plus. The role offers a hybrid schedule (up to 2 days home) and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience working in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment would be an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting would be an asset
• Ukrainian language will be a plus
• Availability to work stable, fixed hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Mon to Fri)

The Global eSigner Transformation team plays a key role in supporting the evolution of the Account Services offering for a global client.
