Our enterprise offerings combine this with a human-centered model of care, including coaching, therapy, psychiatry and EAP services. Members have access to personalized care plans with self-management tools, coaching, therapy and psychiatry. Our proprietary app delivers self-care content with chat access to Coaches and video access to Therapists and Psychiatrists. We provide stigma-free access to high-quality care when needed. Headspace Therapists must be licensed and reside in the US. All work must be provided in the U.S. Data may not be accessed outside the U.S. The U.S. refers to the 50 states; territories are excluded.

To get started, we encourage having 10+ hours available per week with flexibility to adjust; more is welcome depending on your schedule. Scheduling may take weeks to become consistent.

Compensation and Schedule

The pay range for the Contract Mental Health Therapist is $66-$90+ per teletherapy session. Exact reimbursement rates are determined during the interview process and depend on factors including state of residence, licensure type, experience, specializations, languages, and populations treated. Session lengths are 60 minutes for intake and 45 minutes for follow-up, with note-taking included in the session rate.

What you will do

• Provide high quality tele-therapy to Headspace patients via HIPAA-compliant video conferencing
• Complete and lock clinical case notes in EMR within 48 hours of session
• Maintain a personalized database for licensure and related information
• Keep availability calendar up to date
• Collaborate with a care team including health coaches, other therapists, psychiatrists, and external providers

What you will bring

• 3+ years of clinical psychotherapy experience with individuals, couples or families
• Independent clinical license in good standing (Master or Doctoral level); BC-TMH if required by state
• Ability to offer at least 10 sessions per week with flexibility
• Night and weekend availability a plus
• Competence in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness) and measurement-based care
• Experience with risk management and higher acuity cases
• Culturally responsive care
• Familiarity with care delivery technology (EMR, video conferencing, Google apps, etc.)
• Reliable laptop and internet; Zoom-based psychotherapy
• Effective communication and interdisciplinary collaboration

Preferred (if applicable)

• Licensure in multiple states
• Licensed psychologist willing to apply for/participate in PSYPACT
• Experience with Headspace content and various populations
• Evening availability for member care flexibility
