Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience writing code that meets requirements and optimizes performance.
• Ability to identify and reuse existing components and libraries.
• Knowledge of secure coding, code reviews, source control, and builds.
• Experience with testing, deployment, and maintenance activities.
• Contributes to software architecture and technical studies.
• Capable of coaching and managing a small team of SDEs.

Responsibilities

• Writes software components and complex modules within agreed quality, deadline, and cost.
• Performs design and code reviews and improves software performance.
• Contributes to architecture, governance and technical studies.
• Supports testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities.
• Documents solutions with comments, layouts and diagrams.
• Coaches and can manage a small team of Software Development Engineers.
