Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer to join ISTT, focusing on end-to-end software lifecycle—from design to deployment—within a team building simulators for public safety components. You will collaborate with external teams to integrate solutions with test environments and support ongoing projects.

Ideal candidates will have strong Java development skills, knowledge of HTML/CSS/Angular, IP networking basics, and experience with Docker/Kubernetes, cloud environments, and SCRUM

Qualifications

• Java as a core technology, with HTML/CSS/Angular knowledge for designing real-time, multithreaded distributed systems.
• Knowledge of IP networks (devices and protocols).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Requires presence at Krakow Office (Czerwone Maki) 2 days per week.
• Nice to have experience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for configuration and deployment.
• Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
• Experience with Jenkins and Git, and SCRUM practices.
