Capital.com is expanding its Backend Team in Warsaw, seeking engineers who design and implement scalable, low-latency backend services for a fintech platform. You will work on distributed systems, event-driven architectures with Kafka, and ensure security and compliance across client data and transactions.
You should be proficient in Java and Spring, with a strong grasp of concurrency, databases (SQL and No-SQL), and modern CI/CD patterns.
